I qualified as a Solicitor in December 1994 practising initially in Southend on Sea and becoming a partner there in 1999.

THB solicitors was established in 2001 in Chelmsford by Peter Barlex, Matthew Taylor and Russell Haldane who decided to merge their joint practices.

I initially qualified in Crime and became a Higher Court Advocate in 2008 dealing with many highly complex and serious criminal matters. I now practice in the Commercial department of THB solicitors along with colleagues specialising in Commercial and Residential property matters following our merger with The Beavis Partnership in 2018.

I now deal with portfolio owners, property dealers new businesses and developers as well as some Residential matters.
