Aimee Cassidy is the founding Director of Improve HR. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 16 years experience in HR. Over the past 9 years Aimee has worked as a Senior HR Business Partner in both the public and private sector. She has extensive experience of delivering business improvements, through the development and implementation of HR solutions.
Improve HR provide comprehensive and cost effective HR support to small to medium-sized businesses that have no in-house HR team. Aimee's vision is to help improve businesses by enabling them to get the best out of their people, providing them with the tools and advice they need to manage their people effectively and that meet their business goals.
