About Steve
Throughout my banking career, I have accrued invaluable experience supporting private clients and primarily SME's with securing funding, developing their business and managing cashflow, with 33 years experience within Lloyds Banking Group. I have held a number of roles within retail banking throughout Central & East London, managing two branches. For the last 17 years I have enjoyed being based locally in Essex where I have advised and assisted SME clients in a range of sectors across the county and London. My aim has always been to be a 'go to' person for my clients, a trusted adviser and an integral part of my clients team.
I took the step to join Empire Finance in April 2020 and must say, I am enjoying it immensely despite the Coronavirus pandemic, where we have assisted a range of businesses in accessing CBILS vital funding. Empire has a team of 20 consultants spread across the country, very much dedicated to supporting each other, in order to support clients in securing a range of types of finance. We are 'whole of market' and have very well established relationships with the high street banks as well as challenger banks and specialist lenders.
