New Group Director for ebn Shenfield

ebn (Effective Business Network) has pleasure in introducing a new Group Director for its Shenfield Group: Mandy Baker.
Mandy is a business coach and mentor based in Brentwood.She specialises in assisting small to medium sized business with their growth and challenges – helping them to improve efficiency, achieve their targets and maximise profits.She has a keen interest in well-being – of businesses, their owners and/or their employees – working together on implementing well-being programmes within businesses.
She is also an NLP Practitioner, a CPD Accredited Coach, a Mental Health First Aider, and a Child Mentor for Kids Inspire – an Essex-based charity.
She will be bringing all these skills to her role as Group Director of the Shenfield Group.Having been a member of the ebn Brentwood Group, she understands the ethos behind ebn and the benefits of such a community to businesses within Essex.
Mandy said: "I particularly like the relaxed nature of the ebn Groups.The emphasis is on building long term relationships, rather than achieving a quick sale from the first person you meet at a Group or being pressurised into referrals.We encourage members to visit other Groups, building their own network of contacts, so the benefits are far more than just meeting those around the immediate table every couple of weeks.
"ebn Shenfield was only started in October 2017, so it is a relatively small group, but I will be looking to grow it, whilst ensuring the quality of the members and the meetings, to retain the relaxed, supportive atmosphere of those meetings."
