About Jayne

I'm a fully trained Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a Member of the BACP (Bristish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and an accredited member of NCS (National Counselling Society).

By utilising a range of modalities I can tailor my support for clients on an individual basis working with their strengths, ensuring the client feels comfortable and secure as the therapeutic relationship develops.

Individual Clients

In my private practice based in Billericay and Steeple View I work with adolescents, teens and adults across a wide range of issues to include: Obsessions, OCD, Phobias, Self-harm, Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) Self Esteem, Sexuality, Relationship issues, Anger management, Stress and work related issues.

Schools

I work in partnership with an Outer London Counselling Service supporting children (5 - 18 years) in schools in the Borough of Havering, and I am a founder member of a local group MindBodyTeens promoting the health and well being of our teenagers in local schools.

Corporate Clients

I work with a number of local businesses that understand the importance of their Employees well being. By offering on-site counselling it has been proven to greatly reduces the number of days lost to sickness and long term absence from work. The financial implications of Employees either absent or not working to their full capacity can have a major effect on the profitability of a Company, and by utilising my services not only do they support their Employees well being, but reap the financial rewards too.
